This is a good training for the Commandos...truly it is a special unit trained for dangerous duties. I recall how the Zambian Commandos wiped out the RENAMO Rebels in 1980s and early 1990s...after Gondar, Chindwin and Luena barracks backed off...Then the President KK had to send the Zambian Commandos to clear the Rebels around Eastern Province borders and subdued them even in Mozambique......I recall some retired Commandos who were there then like Collins Kabamba, who was then a Martial Arts Instructor in One Commando Unit. Ba Njobvu, Shamakomo (Weapon Instructors), Ba Chinthu (Drill Instructor)...This brings old memories...really

hi I was once a soldier in the Seychelles army I served 8 yrs in service in both aspect infantry and coast guard ,,, the way you guys train in Africa frankly to say its really ,really good soldiers I raise my hat for you man and women's in uniform who is serving their be loving country there's no need for you guys from the other countries to boycott those man in uniform let them be oh and let me tell you something boycotter's I attend infantry training in india and Tanzania,, but Africa is the best in both aspect indoor and outdoor those man in uniform are natural they do not need any steroids to boost them up those guys in Africa are like cheetahs and lions they are strong I support the African soldiers in no matter what cause they are really good in guerilla warfare plus you cant mess with their training,, why don't you peoples shut up and let those soldiers in Africa do their things if you don't like it then don't comments your nonsense speech below please,, army training in Africa is number 01 cause they are super intense that you don't even know especially in field training you're a dead man if you don't have the guts to go in and said I don't care what will happens ,,,,, ( leadership method, field craft, method of instruction and peace keeping ohh I bet you they are the best

you can't compare Malawi to Zambia.zambia has fought many battles and won.we help Angola Mozambique Zimbabwe Namibia and South Africa fight for independence.zambia was a battle ground. even the last shoot in second World war was done in Zambia.

In the training hall, these soldiers are doing (what looks like) Korean Taekwondo. I hope that they are also learning Japanese Jujitsu. Versatility is the key and kicking, particularly high kicks, are not the best for real combat because they take longer to execute (or do), leave the person who's kicking wide open for a counter-attack, and because the hands are quicker than the legs. And this is not to undermine, Taekwondo. But if this is all they're learning, they need to improvise and include other systems which may include Philippino escrima or kali.
