The Zio Ciro Subito Cotto MINI Oven - fully portable!
This oven is a real little refractory gas pizza oven, the first of its kind, fully portable and weighing less than 45KG. It has an inside diameter of 40cm and reach a temperature of 450°C in just 30 minutes.
Ideal for baking one pizza at a time and can be placed in the garden, on a balcony or terrace, or in a well vented area inside. It can be used to cook many other dishes such as fish, bread, vegetables and sweets.

Hi I always watch your videos you are a very good pizza maker. I wanted to ask you, when I start making pizza and I'm on 400/410 and I make a focaccia with just oil and salt, after a few seconds from baking, the upper pizza surface tends to burn right away. Apart from the high temperature of the oven to be managed better as you told me, with focaccia it's not that it's without tomato and mozzarella, but only a little oil and salt, does it suffer more from high temperatures and does it burn easily? Are there any precautions to follow with the focaccia? Very kind, thank you
