I feel like Japan was the real winner in this zombie scenario. They were so comfortable they could even expand. I think it would be worth attempting this mod again with renewed vigor as it seems tricky to handle.

I was the UK in this mod. I fortified Hong Kong, and Singapore, held both against wave after wave of zombies. I turned the UK into a fortress island, Royal Navy full control of the sea, RAF had full control of the Air and Army had full control of the ground. I acted as a shelter for every nation that fell. British Troops would do their best to hold back the zombies till armies could retreat to the UK. Zombies never stepped foot on the Island. It was fun as fuck. Last Bastion of Humanity.

Hey it isn't as bad as when i played this. I used the focus trees for releasable nations to play Wales. The English fell but the Welsh survived. I wasn't even in the allies. I just took all of England after the zombie hordes left. I may have also saved the raj and took it as my own puppet in the peace deal. Welsh Raj was something I didn't expect to read.

@@trystar-sl1mi Assuming it did start in Wuhan it still affected Europe more because the Chinese government is a dictatorship that can enforce curfews and doesn't have to worry about civil liberties when fighting diseases, they also got infected first so got prepared for the virus quicker, they were greatly affected to start but made it easier for them to handle later on

NGL, a zombie world in the 1930s is surprisingly compelling, when you remove the trope of it being tied to WW2 and someone using them as a bioweapon. Make zombies a rampant force of nature that isn't tied to a specific faction and it's full of really good concepts. I can imagine the Soviet command telling it's citizens they are winning the Eastern front against the zombies and the Western front against Germany with its polish allies, meanwhile the zombie menace are literally held back by a string of forts, machine guns, and millions of soldiers behind a single river outside of Moscow.

The Mistake was the War with Germany. Considering Siberia is barely Industrialized and very bad in terms of Supply getting out of there is a Good Choice. Considering that the Zombies get massive Buffs the Only way to take them down is a Combination of Very defensive Terrain,Infantry Spam of your Own and Planes.

Aside from playing this as an island major, Italy also seems like a strong choice because there are a number of good defensive lines along the peninsula that could be used to grind the zombies down. The basic strategy would be an inverse of what the Germans defenses in Italy during World War 2.

So I beat the zombies in this mod as the united states. It was hard, I basically had to reroll if the zombies landed in america, and then just build up my army, then I sent them to europe when they started pushing into europe, and just fell back until I drained their manpower.

I'm in the middle of doing a game as America with this mod. It was a bit different for me, because the zombies landed in my territory multiple times, but I built up a massive coastal garrison using partial mob that I got from joining the war with Brazil. The entire world was basically overrun except for the UK, Canada, and the Dutch east indies. Now I'm going through the hell of pushing through central America.

Did a playthrough with road to 56 rp as Iceland (I noticed the merchant ships can't land on one state countries) I took back the UK and was able to build a mechanized group that created a line that endlessly killed zombies until they ran out of manpower (25M worth 😅🥲)
