I remember when pokemon rom hacks were almost exclusively gbc games. I loved pokemon brown, and grinded my levels to death for TRE. I remember the early rom scene having so many poorly translated projects, like vietnamese crystal, or pokemon orange islands I think? Those were the ones I usually skipped out on. OG OG, I didnt even have an emulator. I played my rom hacks on a webpage that wouldn't save my progress, so the tab was ALWAYS open until I finished a game. Wish I could remember the websites name.

Yup, the very original Snakewood was just like that... You could almost feel where the creator was like, "Eh, f*ck it. Nobody even bothers to read that." Not to mention, the very same creator explained how he lost interest part way through... But decided to push through just to end it.

Yeah they did the party split different and the end season draw different partly cause in that season 4 wasnt confirmed and that anger didn't fit with a potential end of show and partly the team including Sam felt it didnt fit. Okay next is gonna be spoilers for the campain but only things that have been covered in the show. I love how they handled bringing Percy back because in the campaign i felt that the moment in the tomb with Vex being brought back caused Vax to take Percy's story archetype. And im talking from a perspective of looking back and making a story out of chance which the tv show kind of is. Matt made the armor with Percy in mind. It would work for many of them but it was made thinking of him. But then Vex died and Vax is a bit of the Jack/Lucky Rogue type and his sister dying was not something he could take so he reached for her tugging on the strings of fate with no knowledge of what he was doing and (helped) brought her back. But Percy is a part of her happiness even if they didnt admit it back then so while unknowingly twisting fate for her life and happiness he twisted the bit of Percy's fate that would make that harder and made it his own instead. And i love the resurrection cause it cements it as lore. He was warned twice taking Percy out would cause the misery to fall on him. And in game when Vax took the mantle of being the Matron's Champion he became a vengeance paladin. Vengeance being the thing so tied to Percy that he had to back off it a bit for himself. So i just love that so much. Now spoiler for not shown so far: I think the mark ties more with replacing what happens with the kraken than the other item cause he woke up with a mark on his side then that i dont believe was ever fully explained.
