Simargl sounds like a slavic god similar to both Fenrir and Surtr. Neat, the Zorya are neat too they're one of those odd ones that are considered 1,2,3 different gods depending on the area and period of time

Please make more of these. Where do you find your sources? I would love to delve deeper. Thanks for the video. It's a bit of a niche subject, so it's harder to find videos like this.

I make them every Saturday and will continue doing so! My sources vary widely across the internet and the few books and scholarly articles in English. It's very hard to find information due to lack of primary sources.

@@brendannobleauthor3251 could you at least recommend some good folklore books, in any culture? Thats one of the things I've wanted for a while but its hard to find anything other than the fairly "mainstream" stories.

What's some good source material for this stuff? Slavic mythology is so fascinating but there's so little on it out there.

Slavorum (website) is good, but you're right things are scattered all over the place. It would be difficult for me to point you to just one place.

@@brendannobleauthor3251 Have you made anything on bleilobog? particularly the anology of their brotherhood? I'd love to hear your thoughts on that.

@@toastedcoconut6095 Both are covered in that video. They're unfortunately not actually part of early Slavic paganism/mythology. More is talked about in the video.
