Welcome back! Happy Easter. 🐣🐇 We live in town but there is a lot of wildlife around. Like, coyotes, squirrels, raccoons, lizards, gophers, birds, rabbits, skunks, and rats. We had a rat get under our home and now are trying to find it and clean up the mess. We found one dead from the decon we had placed. We hope that’s it. Frank is pulling out all the soiled insulation to get rid of. I’m just thankful it didn’t get into the house. We plugged up some holes the electrician and plumber made just in case. I’m sharing this because you are having remodeling done. 20 years ago in another home I had some remodeling done and during that I had a mouse come in. I went around plugging holes then too. After that I had no more problems. They can do a surprising amount of damage in a short period of time. Love these decorated tabs.

Postage stamps, too. You’re like Scheherazade. Keep us coming back for the stories. Same airline issues here. With the added bonus of getting cut off part way through so you have to start all over again. We’re booked for going to the UK next month. Just waiting for them to change our carefully selected flights.🙄 Did you get church bells on Easter Sunday? Lucky. We went to church and then for a family brunch. Ham and egg pie. Can’t do any paper crafting as my room is…dishevelled. Working on my Slow stitch. Speaking of which, I’ll be needing the prompts on the Monday rather than the first Wednesday in May. Such a grest idea for tabs. So beautiful. I am so glad you had a great trip to see your family. My niece is getting married this coming weekend so I went to her wedding shower last weekend and just my luck I contracted the unmentionable illness. I had done such a good job of avoiding it and the first time I am in a group of people I catch it. Today is the first day in a week that I had enough energy to get out of bed. So happy your Dad and family were surprised and thrilled to see you! I’m so behind on watching videos. (New ipad; trying to spend less time online.) Love this project! Easter was quiet, just husband and myself. We spoke to all three of our (adult) children and were very happy about that. I bought us each a chocolate cake ball on a stick. We ate them before breakfast which is allowed on holidays. I’m sure it’s a law somewhere. 🤗

I went to Newcastle for easter to see my son for the first time since march 2021, 15 hour train ride from Melbourne one way and then back again ,but worth it. Glad you enjoyed your trip.

Lovely video with great ideas as usual, and glad you had a nice time with your family in Oz. I just got back from my first trip in more than 2 years over to Canberra to see my son, it was good to be able to escape West Australia and know that we wouldn't get locked out of our home state when the holiday was over. You also lucked out by not flying Qantas......their service has gone downhill drastically since our last trips over east. We waited an eternity on their little Qantas link on the Canberra to Sydney leg of the trip because there was no staff to open the doors when we landed. ❤️🤗

Just a suggestion.. if you are going at Christmas, I would really recommend that you apply for your Passport renewal now. The closer you get to the holidays, the longer the renewal will take. Holiday travel can be stressful enough. So have that Passport all ready and tucked away. ✈✈❄⛄
