My Sauce Recipe:
Meatballs:
1 egg per pound of ground meat
1 1/2 cups Italian seasoned bread crumbs
1 cup of parmesan cheese
Diced garlic to taste
Parsley
Salt & pepper
Pecorino Romano cheese
Roll the meat balls and then roll in pecorino Romano cheese and bake at 350 for 20-25 min.
My Sauce Recipe:
3 - 28 oz. cans of crushed tomatoes
3 - 28 oz. cans of tomato sauce
3 - 28 oz. cans of tomato puree
1 thick & rich tomato past 12oz.
Dried or fresh basil
1 squeeze of ketchup
Garlic cloves
S & P
Pecorino Romano cheese
Garlic powder
Parsley
Add olive oil to the bottom of large sauce pot. Brown Italian hot sausage, pork lion country ribs & beef bottom round. After the meat is browned take it out of the pot and set aside. Add puree, sauce and crushed tomato cans, paste & ketchup. Season with Pepper, basil, parsley, garlic powder, salt and Pecorino Romano cheese ( cover the entire top of sauce with all of these spices & cheese). Add browned meats and partially cooked meatballs to the sauce and cook for 2 - 3 hours. ( Taste throughout & add spices again according to your taste!)

Merry Christmas sweet friend. First and foremost that outfit for the wedding was absolutely gorgeous on you. That is a keeper for sure and a timeless classic you can wear for many occasions in the future. My Mom had a beautiful taffeta skirt (very similar) for probably 20 years and wore it several times with different tops/sweaters and it never went out of style and the compliments were always flowing. The roads looked treacherous and I am so glad you all were safe and sound and thank God the people weren't hurt. My hubby grew up with those crazy roads in the winter and doesn't miss them at all. I'm sorry you missed the concert but it was the right decision for sure. Your family is beautiful and you had a houseful of love, which is all we can ask for in life. Looking forward to 2025!!!! xo

Wow, that snowfall looked pretty scary to drive in. Your plaid skirt and blouse were absolutely stunning!!! That's an outfit you'll remember years from now. I turn 74 this Saturday and can still remember a gorgeous maroon and black wrap dress I wore in the 70s! An outfit like that just makes you feel on top of the world! And a wedding dress with those red heels... yes! please!!! Loved it. What a beautiful family and memory making Christmas!

I used one sheet of phyllo dough, spread cranberry sauce on top, then added the Brie, more cranberry sauce, sprinkle on brown sugar, and a little bit of honey, wrap the dough around the Brie, brush egg white on top, and then put it in the oven at 350 for about 20/25 minutes
