Omg, as a old photographer I yelled "NO NO NO NO NOOOOOO Nooooo" when you did say you should use your clothes to wipe the lenses, you should never do that unless it is an emergency with fluids that may damage your lens, you shall always have a rather new microfiber cloth with you and those shall be changed (or washed correctly) once a week, unless you have them in a good tight bag, then they can be used for longer, and always use one side for the lenses and the other for your fingers to get extra good result for a longer time.

I forgot to ask my main question 😊. I currently use imovie to edit videos. Will i be able to import footage i’ve edited in the Insta software - after exporting it from there obviously - and use this exported footage in the normal way in imovie? Thanks again. Gary

Thanks for that... I'm still just taking multiple shots with a GoPro HERO 6 and stitching them with HUGIN but I am planning to invest in an INSTA360 ONE X soon I believe it will suit my needs better than the new version coming out on Jan 7, as I am not an action channel... we are planning to attach the ONE X to Christine's wheelchair and take it on tours of our wonderful island of Tenerife... I'm also going to use it to generate income for real estate and restaurant virtual tours... the whole of the income will finance a Theta Z1 (or Z2 if it is on offer by then)... I enjoy your VLOGS and reviews if you're ever in Tenerife Sur look me up...

Yes they can! Although it's slightly harder to achieve the invisible selfie stick effect

Awesome, can't seem to be able to zoom in or out on the android app when editing a hyperlapse.. I cna do this in the studio software of my mac.....but in the studio software on my mac I can't be able to adjust the speed for a timeshift or hyperlapse video.. am I doing something wrong?

Good question... I am also having problem to zoom in and out on the app and on the software I can't adjust the speed of the video either, so my question is pretty much the same as yours, I would love to know if that is the limitation of the app and software or I am missing something

@@GuilhermeRodrigues-oh5mx I figured out a way to zoom in and out, it's not pinching.. you gotta hit the view finder option then click between wherever you want to zoom in or out on the timeline without dragging.. once you got the idea FOV then hit record!

The Insta 360 X2 can fail underwater with all compartments sealed. Water got into my camera through the lens housing. It was only a couple weeks old and now has a permanent fogged lens, but still runs. USELESS. Before that happened, the memory card it came with stopped being recognized. Their customer support is giving me the runaround. Buyer beware

Personally I thought this camera was the most awful piece of unusable junk i'd ever had the misfortune to buy, just complete and total rubbish.
