Idea for the muscle ladies: you should make like a bunch of tests to find out the durability, such as being put inside of a blender, oven, and being placed on a firework and the last one remaining survives is going inside of 25-ville.

For the weight lifter, since you have so many duplicates, you could give her the same struggles as Ty Lee from Avatar the Last Airbender. She could be part of a group of identical sisters who look and act the same and she wants to be her own person. The gamer girl duplicates could be the other members in her team.

The weight lifter is one of the more common or least wanted ones in the series I think, I noticed if you buy her online she's cheaper than most of the other figures in the series. For example I saw her for $10 when the harpy was like $12 and vampire knight $20. My theory is if the figure is more popular it will probably cost more to get individually.

My favorites for this one are the Train Kid and Film Noir Detective. For the Train Kid, I think you should name him C.J. after Casey Jones, the most famous engineer in US railroad history. And maybe for his video, you could try to make several different LEGO builds of real life trains kind of like how you did all those boats and ships for 23-ville. And for a piece of advice, if you want to make some your train builds look more realistic, I suggest you get some custom pieces from Big Ben Bricks LLC who makes custom driving wheels and TrainedBricks who does side rodes, both of which really come in handy for when you're making LEGO steam locomotives.

Maybe considering that you have so many duplicates, you could make a device that creates doubles of characters, however the duplicates turn against the originals. Maybe the person behind it all could be the Paralympian who is Terry’s twin brother as a call back to the unforgettable 22 ville.

Wait a minute I have an idea: make 25- ville an entire VR themed experience for the gamer girls(as like the actual players avatars)then just put the extra characters as NPC for your different MOC as different levels. Then just do the figures you didn’t get clones of as like mini-bosses or special/important NPC’s. Also my favourite character is the Vampire lord as I love vampires in general and that one is honestly extremely well made. Here’s an idea: using all of the duplicates you have, make the story all of the minifigures fighting off the duplicates (clones) and the finale will be them fighting a clone of the strongest Minifigure in the wave (you decide who)

Suggestions for each minifig: The weight lifter: Make like a gym or something that she is the owner of Gamer person: you should make like a gaming tournament because there’s also the Lego gaming truck that could go with it. Train kid: either a toy store or a train Detective: a detective office built all in black and white (got the idea from @jackdejarnatt5698’s comment) Batlord/Vampire: Maybe a haunted house with other haunted mini figs or a bat cave Harpee: A mythical world or something idk Dog groomer: A pet shop with stuff like snakes, dogs, cats, fish, etc or more minifig related a dog hotel. (Also pretty sure the dog is a Borzoi.) Mushroom girl: A little mushroom house (I know you already did it) and you should make the mushroom boy her brother. Goat farmer: A petting zoo? I picked up 11 yesterday and only got ones I wanted. I used the weight method but I also accounted for possible extra parts such as an extra cheese and stick for the goatherd. I have kept the boxes and will check the QR codes just in case I decide to get more.

There is another way to know what figures are inside, if the box has a big QR code (not the smaller one) you can scan it and the first number will corelate to a specific figure. It's not on every box but the ones that do have it make it a little easier. 6471961 - Mushroom Sprite (#6) 6471962 - Goatherd (#5) 6471963 - Harpy (#9) 6471965 - Film Noir Detective (#1) 6471966 - Sprinter (#4) 6471967 - Pet Groomer (#12) 6471969 - E-Sports Gamer (#2) 6471970 - Vampire Knight (#3) These are the ones found so far. Haven't tested this method personally but many people say it works.

Someone else may have already suggested it, but for the duplicate muscle ladies and gamer girls, you could mix and match parts from other figures for new hair and faces, and maybe event swapping out the arms if you want to go that far for the muscle ladies, at least, and make an E-Sports team and a gym, with some of the duplicates being personal trainers.

The scale trick is alright but whatever pieces it feels on it can vary since one piece could not be on the bottom of the same box it is

It doesn't matter where in the box the piece is. As long as it is in the valid area of the scale and not held up by anything other than things in the area, the weight will be the entire box with contents

The farmer minifigures hood is the old mold, Lego has since created a new one, and the one the farmer has is supposed to be retired. Don’t know why he has that hood but it looks better on him so I’m cool with it

I have an idea for this new town and like the last one it should involve time travel. Here me out: in many shows, movies and books when there is time travel it usually causes duplicates of people being created, which the CW show The Flash⚡️calls time remnants; or as they are known in the Loki show, variants. With The train boy this can be used like Doc Brown’s steam powered time train like in back to the future. So my idea is the fitness lady (who I think should be named Anjelica or Peggy) is trying to be the best and she uses the train to go back so she can become a better athlete when she’s younger. But she’s so determined to be the best and strongest that she keeps trying again and again until several variants of her are running around. So you could use the she hulk figure who is a version of her that used to gamma rays to become strong and another version could be a giga chad. Bottom line because she is so Desperate to change the past like Zurg in the Pixar lightyear movie, that bad things begin to happen. The other minifigures you have duplicates of could accompany her on her adventure for their own reasons of wanting to change the past. The mushroom girl goes back to a point where The acorn boy hasn’t become old yet, so that she has the chance to share her feelings for him, because she never got the courage to before. With all this time travel going on, reality starts to break down and fracture as multiple versions of the past president and future all start to begin to coexist in the same moment. Kind of similar to Fortnite chapter 1 season X.

Skip the scales do what others found out and use one of those common ear/nose camera things you can get for like 25- 30$ or so and put it inside the small hole in the corners of the box and open the app for it on your phone to see inside.

Just bought 3 of these using the QR code scan trick. And even though I wanted the herder and goat, that one was not in the box. The other 3 where exactly the ones I wanted. So the code scanning works! There is even an app (only for apple I think) that show a picture of what is inside. OTher three I wanted were gamer Girl, Toad and the dino.

Lego already knows that when you feel the bag in the mini figure pack you will know the mini figures right and if you get more boxes then it’s just over so basically if you feel the bag you get less mini you get less pollution and now when you got the boxes, everyone is raging!
