I IMPROVED MY SMASH IN LESS THAN 10 MINUTES - the4Set

This is my worst shot without any kind of doubt, but today Mauri Andrini is gonna try to help me. Would he be able to find my main mistakes? What are the best tips to do a smash in Padel? Can I improve my Playtomic level?

Would have been good to get some of Mauri's tips on how to technically execute the smash shot i.e. left arm up, shoulder rotation, use of the legs, wrist pronation etc.? Still a great video, and can't wait for the match!😁

Yes Mauri! Always fun to see these videos when Mauri is coaching. I always gets something out from the video in terms of learning something new BUT the best thing is he so entertaining to watch when he coach so only that makes it worth watching. Mauri has to be one of the best trainers there is. 👍

For me, his key is his passion! Everything he does is with Passion... and that makes him different level!!!

@@the4Set Yes exactly! And this is what I really like about him. Sure he is on another level compared to many trainers but especially thinking of trainers on intermediate and lower level that only seem to want to cash in the money and don't really care to coach the clients. My trainer was really dissapointed in us in the training group at one session. Everone played bad and he stopped the training and explained how he personally took offence to us not using techniques he had taught us previously. In that moment I knew I had got the right trainer who isn't all about the money but also want us to progress and improve. 👍

It depends on how deep is the lob, the height of it, the direction of the lob... but I let Mauri (he will see this comment for sure!) to answer properly! 😅

Buongiorno e Grazie per l'argomento che hai trattato, lo trovo splendido, come tanti altri su cui poni l'attenzione. Vorrei contribuire con un pensiero, ossia che non penso che quando una persona Quando compie certe azioni sia in confusione. Credo che definirla così sia un giudizio non positivo figlio della comparazione con quello che interiormente puoi pensare che sarebbe la cosa migliore. Io penso che ogni azione sia un'esperienza vibratoria corrispondente a ciò che un'anima è venuta a provare. Noi qui non dovremmo pensare di poter capire profondamente la sua esperienza, è solo sua è corrispondente ai suoi bisogni. Quindi forse dovremmo dovremmo coltivare la dismissione del giudizio, una sorta di "assoluzione per insufficienza di prove" 😂 ma possiamo sicuramente confrontarci con essa (come l'esempio che facevi). D'altra parte queste righe che ho prodotto sono sempre figlie della mia mente, quindi parziali. Grazie però per la possibilità del confronto

Pablo, urgente cambiá esa empuñadura. Agarrás la pala como si fuese una sartén. El smash se pega con empuñadura continental o de revés, vos estás usando una empuñadura de drive. Estoy seguro que se te hace imposible pegar un sobrepique de revés con esa empuñadura
