Dear Pablo, fantastic lesson!!! We've the same problem with our forehand volley, we couldn't hit always the ball with a good finish hit....we need a good ending! less wirst but more ending. I liked so much that exercise where you must let bounce the ball a twice before the wall glass. Greaat!!! Thank you and for your team for this video!!!!!

That exercise was super hard for me! It's always the same problem: try to hit as hard as possible... and it's not always necessary.. hahahaha you're the best Felipe!!!
