I love mini twist as well, they are soo convenient and easy to do. I have the most hair growth when I style my hair this way. Its also pretty to wear unraveled. I like your water and gel technique on your ends, I needed something to help keep my ends from "misbehaving" lol so thanks for sharing that..😊

This style looks very good on you. I really like it. I have locs, but I'm going to try the flat twist in the front and see how it looks. Thank you! I saw some people comment about the gel drying the hair. Just a tip for those people: after adding water, apply some oil before the gel. The oil locks in the moisture from the water, and serves as a barrier between the hair and the gel.

Ya as I used to live in twists switched to locs and now I'm loose but today I'm going to do twists. Been washing my hair very often so twists weren't convenient but I need a break. I love that she doesn't use the comb to part the hair but I'm scared to do it like that even though it will save time

Naturally Dunn I struggled with at first as well, but it's the same concept as cornrows just with two strands of hair, I found it easier not to watch someone do because it throws you off, practice on a babydoll while watching tv or something so it's not stressful. Lol

Dawatha Brown check out "beautiful brown babydoll's" wearable twist video, she has 4c hair and she stretched her hair before she did the these type of twist due to extreme shrinkage. I hope this helps you! 😀

Hi:) twisting very wet hair will yield a lot of shrinkage, so I do it on damp hair, I get less Shrinkage this way.. or embrace it:) healthy hair shrinks😉💖

Oh my goodness you should have seen my face when she misted her hair with water and covered them in gel. I was like YOU JUST DID SOMETHING. I always have the problem where my ends do whatever and I love love the look and versatility of twists as well. I too have missed you and your videos!!! You have the sweetest personality. I always look for notifications from you. I use to always wear my hair in twist then I stopped doing that when I started the CG method. Now my hair is thinning out in the top and I yearn for the days when I could wear my hair with nice plum twist. I am going back to the basics including my twists.
