Here’s yet another treatment of the 1933 Harold Arlen-Yip Harburg-Billy Rose standard which appeared that year in both the Broadway play “The Great Magoo” and the movie “Take A Chance.” This was recorded at one of bandleader Scotti’s two 1930s-decade sessions, both of them for Bluebird in 1933. What do you remember of him? He ever talk about his time in the orchestra or otherwise?
