​@Marci Dorman For context: Minghao's stage name is The8, and 8 is 八 (ba) in Chinese. Then in Chinese showbiz/ diminutive chinese names in general, its common to call someone younger than you (in an affectionate way and usually with permission), with the prefix of '小' (xiao) which means little or younger. It may also be an overlap from Seventeen where The8 is one of the younger members in the group, or at the very least, he's younger than Wen Junhui, hence Jun can call him '小八' but The8 will only address Jun as '俊辉' (Junhui) but never tag on '小' in front, out of respect and seniority. This is apparent in one of the chinese variety shows that Jun and The8 attended together. Hope this explains it :)
