As Timekiller_74 said in 1:58, this song is indeed has depressive lyrics but with upbeat music. Even in the wiki (vocaloid lyrics fandom), they put big warning sign in the song page that this song contains "questionable elements".

I doubt the suicide rate has much to do with depressing songs, but more so the reason such songs are written in the first place.

hes like the type of person everyone should strive to be like. Hes open to things that he doesnt understand , always open to try things he doesnt now and never approaches anything negatively he didnt judge vtubers for how it looks like and he respects it but doesnt personally actively indulge in it which is like the most perfect way to aproach things you dont personally enjoy
