Patricia is such a good Landlord. It’s so rare for landlord to actually refresh their property between tenants. They don’t understand that the more you care the more durable and valuable the investment.

@@ladykade Everyone got a choice and she simply made the good one. She could have used an agency to manage her agency and don’t care and the name on the contract is probably not her influencer name so renters wouldn’t actually know she was the landlord. She simply is doing what is smart investment and humanly right at the same time.

Honestly it’s so sad seeing how good you are to your tenants because I’ve had nothing but horrible landlords that have broken the law so many times because they know we can’t afford a lawyer 😪 it gives me hope at least to see that not all landlords are horrible! 😅 my current one literally made me cry on the phone (he called so there was no paper trail) as he was refusing to pay for a new co2 alarm and gas engineer when the alarm wouldn’t stop going off - luckily the alarm was just faulty but if it wasn’t we could’ve literally died
