Another great video Amy and glad to hear you're getting some health advice, you're so right about being alone all day and just keeping it all inside. I wasn't operating or truck driving but most of my working life was doing field repairs on equipment and all anybody there wants to talk about is " when will it be fixed ", I bottled it up for 8 years and ended up having a break down, that was 15 years ago and I still suffer from stress attacks up until I retired 10 years ago so I agree with the others comments your health is the most important thing you need to look after 🤔🤔🇳🇿

Hi Amy, Great video as always, the funny thing is the minute you talked about BT cables I thought of "Self burying cables" If you know you know 😁 Yes any cab is a bit like voluntary solitary confinement, anything that's really bothering you seems to get multplied 😢 I'm lucky to have a good friend that's also a farmer that I can talk to about anything also my fiend that's a digger driver is good to have a blether with 👍 Still it's really good to advertise a resource for people that want an outsider to talk to as we all have days when everything seems to be going wrong. Happy digging 😊

another wonderful video Amy, i hope there was no outage from a broken mesh wire since there is a wire line. but im happy you got it solved. by the way im so happy that you feel so much better and so well. but thing is that how deep is the cables where you excavated. why is it the cables are not conduited, otherwise it is a huge repair bill. stay safe and you are a Legend.

Great video Thanks for raising mental health awareness, I've suffered for years, find it easy to talk about what I've been through not so easy to discuss what I'm going through, just take it day by day Really look forward to and enjoy your videos If BT can't bury their cables sufficiently, why can't they conduit them, give people half a chance to avoid damage and a huge repair bill Keep safe

It's really fascinating how your body is affected by different things, from how you're feeling to what you're eating. Your body is just like any machine, we need to remember to look after all of it, not just the part that we think needs the help. It's a difficult one to own up and say you need help, even if like yourself where you have an amazing family and good friends. Sometimes we just need to speak to someone from outside.

might be worth looking into what michaela peterson did to solve her health problems. glad to hear a nutritionist doesn't just blindly follow the food pyramid with all the toxic inflammatory seeds and vegetable oils are probably the worst , allot of people i know have cut out bread from their diet and have benefitted greatly form no bloating.

Your Accent is so strong I have a hard time understanding you. What kind of cable was that just inches under the road base.. cable looked like just one large white cable. I know you said what it is but even replaying it 3 times I still could not understand what you were saying. I am normaly good at filtering English accent, finish accent Italian accent. But your England accent is overpowering I don't want many of your videos due to this problem but I try to struggle through a few here and there because they are interesting on how things are done in your area I would watch more if I could filter it better😢
