I like very much the "language of flowers" (I edged them in rosegold, which give it an underlying effect), "the secret garden inspiration" and "the sea melodies" is the same kind of cards. Have you bought the Avalon deck already? If you haven't done so yet, you might want to read the comment thread started by *@TArot & TArantulas* on this page. *@schmetterding* complained that the mini deck is merely a 'cropped' version of a bigger, better Avalon oracle deck by Rockpool Publishing, so they felt disappointed.

I liked this video. The doors was a very good idea for a deck. As a person who struggles with depression I thought these mini's would be great to carry around as little "pick me ups" or encouragers but I just never connected. Maybe if it were tied to a book I had read it would seem less "generic?". I carry around a few quotes from Pride & Prejudice that always seem to give me strength. Fun video :)

I'm so sorry you struggle with depression - I do too, and I'm on disability as I'm unable work a 'normal' job. I just found out about sigil shoal magic - I want to see if doing a spell will help me find a way to supplement my income working from home with something I'm really good at. Grocery prices have got quite outrageous these days! Hey - have you checked out the *Jane Austen Tarot* ? I've also seen Jane Austen playing cards. 🃏

I have the Chakra Love by Katie Manekshaw, the backs are meant to look like different crystalline patterns and then you get a quote or words of wisdom on the flip side with the chakra association and advice on crystal or crystals to work with. I also have the Daily Healing by Inna Segal, again they have different photographic images on the the back with the tree of life as a reoccurring theme superimposed onto the photo and then a quote or words of wisdom on the flip. I enjoy them both very much.

I like your top 3 choices and I have the Forest Fae, but I have trouble with oracle decks and only bought it because of the images. Not crazy about the messages. I have considered the Doors and Avalon, not sure about the message sides of the cards. I do love the size, format and packaging.

I absolutely love 'Divine Doors' and for some reason 'Crystal Wisdom' really works for me.. the close up pics of the crystals and the kinda 'wrapping up/no Bs' approach of the key words and phrases. I have passed on Chakra cards.. and sadly the Forest Fae because i found the characters very random (it's more like 'storybook than Green wizardry) .. very intrigued by the Druid deck you showed..it looks like a 'Spirit of place deck' more so than a druid deck (which i like). beautiful video. 😊

Thank you for showing your collection from Rockpool. 😊 I'm loving the druid one. I have very different ones from them. I was very drawn to the 2 aboriginal small decks by Mel Brown, and that blossomed into a romance with most of her other decks! 😂 The aboriginal dreaming one has a brown colour scheme, as do some of her other decks. Each back is different, and the guidance on the flip side is pretty direct, which I like. I do prefer the shadow healing mini deck. It's brighter. The backs are all different, and I find them just as enlightening as the text side, I've spent many hours meditating on the backs. They are gorgeous! The text is refreshing and honest. I hope you'll enjoy them. Mel Brown is a wonderful. I'm very grateful for all of the knowledge you share, it's very appreciated ❤🎉

Did you get it already? If you look for the comment thread by *@TArot & TArantulas* (on this page), someone complained that the mini deck of *Avalon Magic* is merely an abbreviated version of a larger more proper deck. That's worth knowing ahead of time, I think.

Card stock is not great, but I connect so well to the cards! I do have a question, what is the pink, purple and orange backed deck with the white stone on them that you have in the background of this video? I’m drawn to the card backs and would love to see what the cards look like! Thanks!

If there's just a few cards that irritate you or you don't resonate with, you can always just pull those out and set them aside and use the rest of the deck without those cards. 😊 Could the "Divine Feminine" be because of where/who the messages came from, not who they are for masculine or feminine? The divine feminine messages are from Quan Yin, not necessarily meaning the messages are feminine energies based specifically? Just what popped in my head as you were talking. I've got the Chakra Love and Crystal Wisdom mini decks. I enjoy them for simple messages. The Druid Wisdom deck looks interesting. I might want to get that. Same for the Doors one.

I just realised just that after my Avalon Magic deck arrived and lots of images looked very familiar - because they are! It's basically a cropped Mists of Avalon Oracle that Rockpool had released in 2019. I've been looking so forward for this mini deck to accompany the big one and new lovely Avalon illustrations by Nadia Turner, but it's exactly the same designs just cropped which really is disappointing and I can't help it but this feels like kind of a sham by Rockpool. The card stock of the original deck is not my favorite (thin and laminated with easily peeling card edges) - Rockpool did so much better in the last year(s) with their lovely matte card stock (as e.g. used for the Oriens Animal, Macabre and Rainbow Moon Tarot). But somehow as the mini deck is cute and the mesaages nice I actually think of keeping it. I just took pictures of all corresponding cards so I can find the pairs better and connect the messages. The only other mini deck I purchased before was Sea Melodies by Jessica Le, which is one of these old ones with similar front and back designs and just a different message that I basically never used (which was also because of its unpleasant fabrication smell). So you see, Simon, I'm more conflicted than happy with the mini decks though e.g. Forest Fae looks cute. Im not a Fae person either, but I guess I find it interesting as it's also illustrated by Nadia Turner. Also Whispering Woods looks lovely, I'm especially fond of the font ☺️ and it looks like a cute deck to accompany the Oak, Ash & Thorn Tarot. ☺️
