Man, I recently fractured my rib riding and have been out for 3 weeks now and used to ride hard with nothing, but confidence till the mountain broke me. A fractured rib has been the worse pain I've ever dealt with and I'm still continuing to heal, but I watch your videos religiously hoping to overcome that fear and get back on again.

But I have now got a full on wish list for the stuff I need to get into single track. I haven't ridden a bicycle in years, I'm a biker lol two wheels and an engine lol but after watching you, then getting into Seth and Brian I need and I do mean NEED to ride bikes like you 3 after my op! I would describe Ahab as an advanced trail. Doing Hymasa and Ahab was one of the hardest days I've had on a mountain bike.
