I'm so stoked to see Nate on cam again. He's one of the most entertaining riders on KZbin. He somehow steezes everything.

Thank you for being so positive and encouraging. Your videos always put a smile on my face and get me that much more stoked to hit the trail. You are awesome bro.

Great ride guys. The pumping section was a cool idea. I think I might ride Dupont. I live in NJ and ride Cannonball Trail in Ramapo State Forest near Pompton Lakes. It's a little bit more technical. Enjoyed watching your Peru rides too. See you.

So glad I saw this video. I was about to buy a DJI Action 5 but keep seeing this weird flickering on the videos from everyone that uses it. Hero 13 it is!

We just got back from Peru, it was amazing. Check out the market food stalls for the best cheap food and if you are near Pisac those ruins were amazing.

I rode the 2nd half Friday. That side doesn't look like it took too much damage vs Burnt Mountain side. Can't wait to see Peru vids!

When you come back to the Carolinas you need to check out the Saluda Confluence Recreation Area. Some really nice blue trails that are super flowy down in Travelers Rest, SC.

My plan was to ride there on Thanksgiving day but we got rain in the Charolette area and radar showed it came from the west so I didn’t go. Would have been cool to see you there.

Just recently moved from Greenville SC to Bentonville and I miss Dupont so much. It was great seeing my favorite trails again - Hillside is so underrated! BTW, you were climbing up Cedar Rock, not Big Rock 😁 You guys definitely hammered it down Big Rock, though! I was always too nervous to do that one.
@archenemy2242Ай бұрын
May of 2023 we went up to Dupont and rode these 2 trails but opposite order, rideline first then big rock. They were the most memorable trails of the trip and I dream of being able to go back to sustained downhill. But I make do with the Tampa, FL abandoned phosphate mine trails, iykyk, the ABC's of Florida
@chriscordova2680Ай бұрын
Alex, that was one heck of a liitle climb at 10:28....30 something seconds and very technical!! How do your lungs do with such elevation in Peru? Your physical strength is good...how is your breathing up in 15k feet?
@michaeltiffe6341Ай бұрын
Yes daring for sure. Riding all of that rock with no elbow pads.

Capital city log yard uses the entire tree,lucky not in Oregon you would have to get a permit to do anything with the lumber.

@@The_Sampler The DuPont State Recreational Forest (DSRF) multiuse trail system includes single-track trails, double-track trails and gravel roads, all of which are open to hikers, bikers, equestrians, dog-walkers and other forest visitors. Only four trails are closed to horses and bicycles: Hooker Falls Trail, High Falls Trail, Triple Falls Trail, and Grassy Creek Falls Trail.

Leaf and pine straw season...yeah I found that out the hard way...can this be riden by a solid blue trail rider? Looks fun.
@lincolnlu9869Ай бұрын
Yes. The big shoot (8:10) is the only part that's a little more challenging. But there isn't anything in DuPont you can't do with Blue skills

I’m a solid blue rider and have only been on a mountain bike for a year (BMX prior) and the chute was the only thing that was a question for me (a friend gave me a heads up prior) but I blasted through it no problem. You got it for sure.
