1. Be true to yourself - listen to your intuition (God has given us knowledge that is always there but we push it to the side) when we’re in tune with yourself you make the right decisions and whatever path we’re supposed to be on we’ll get there sooner to many times we push that down and do something opposite of that. 2. Say hard things- life partner, business partner, family, etc bc when you say hard things you’re heard and you’ll feel fulfilled bc most of the time we keep things to ourselves and we expect others to know what we’re thinking 3. Flirt with your partner on a daily basis- bc for a relationship to have strength you have to show wanting and desire especially for woman bc if we feel connected then by the time we get to the bedroom it’s simple, and if you’re not connected there’s not connection in the bedroom there’s nothing.. 4. Don’t try to fix your kids problems- we find solutions in discomfort and if we’re taking situations for our children their not going to have the strength to find their own solutions, sometimes you have to listen and let them figure it out.. 5. Forgiveness- do it often, it’s for you, and you’ll be rewarded everytime, it lets your body mind and stress open up and exercise.
