My sister, it irritates me to no end when people project on Africans ... "they don't have a lot" says who?? and by what standard?? The people worked, wrapped up their day and then relaxing. There is absolutely nothing stark about what I saw. If you went to coal mining country, where the work is much more laborious would you view it in the same way? You're making assumptions about who the kids are, and best I see you did not go to their homes. Why wouldn't they be happy? ugh. The jaundice is in your eyes. Please think more like a daughter of the culture.
