The boot can be removed without breaking it or it looking fine but unable to lock on again do to some minor internal damage. Don't do this with aluminum wheels. I've done this 3 times and they never sent me a bill. The whole point of the boot is they come back to you to take it off after you pay. They don't have your info. If they did you'd get the parking ticket in the mail regardless.

He had a Stihl gas chop saw, plasma cutter and cutting torch on the truck. The porta power was the least obvious method.
