This place was small, so maybe not hours ahead, but guaranteed a sound check was done. Artists rely on the venues to have sound equipment and maybe mics, so it is tested for each person

This was a staged event. Im a ups driver downtown nashville 12/30 club was on my route for a while. From the employee's own mouths i heard about how staged this was if it wasnt already obvious. Even the people dancing were in on it. I mean how convenient that the stage already had a guitar and extra mic just handily laying around. Even less believable is that anyone in nashville cares about that song or band at all enough to cover them. Members of lit can walk around on broadway forever and they will never hear anyone singing this song
