Well look at dimma took him 4 years to make his first final with the tigers then 2016 a lot of supporters calling for his sacking an Gale and Peggy decided to keep going with him an the rest is history. With all the injuries it was a tough time for Adam an dimma couldn't handle it an walked away. Give him a break as we had players exiting an retirements so it's going to be a new look group with some exciting new young players coming through so be patient.

Paul you have your own opinion but did you actually see any games lady year. We had virtually no game plan. You think this is a standard to move us forward your kidding mate. Dint. compare dimma with this bloke. Dimma also had Martin Cotchin and Riewoldt. Not to mention Rioli and Bolton. I really feel he is not a great coach and Steve morris who has done well with our reserves would have been an ideal replacement. He has played at the tigers and knows the club.

I’d give it another 2-3 years mate. There’s no point in comparing coaches because Hardwick had a long long time before we saw improvement, and 8 years before we saw a flag. Plus it makes no sense mentioning Riewoldt and Cotchin as they were drafted before Hardwick, as was Rance and Edwards. Hardwick already had young talent at the club before he walked in the door. Yze has maybe Balta, Brown, Mansell and Gibcus… those are all maybes. I’m not saying Yze is the man but he was selected to completely overhaul the side that was already over a cliff and that’s pretty much what he’s just starting to do now. Should we give him 4 years to make finals like we gave Hardwick? I think that’s fair
