i'm a blessed man! i met Fatou in Kant Kino in Berlin during the opening night for "Mali Blues" . we talked. i started to cry (private reason) she hold my hands. she's a GREAT artist! J'adore !

Just as Fatoumata Diawara brilliantly stated, "Travel! The planet is like a huge book. The more countries you do, the more you read from your book." And I'll say "For if just one page is disregard, clarification of knowledge cannot be achieved." I am black and I am a US Citizen, but when I see you I am lost in the knowledge of how much of myself is missing throughout our separation and the total loss of identity to those of us who are here. Shakespeare said it well, "THIS ABOVE ALL, TO THINE OWN SELF BE TRUE--and it must follow as the night, the day (consistently and regardless). Thou can not then be false to any one." Your strong inner-beauty, as well as your physical charm and fabulous talents, fully demonstrate someone who proudly knows "THINE OWN SELF." Subscribed and a 👍!!!

I have been listening my whole life to American music garbage, This is now to me is a great deal!!! I don’t understand a single word, but god!!! This is so powerful. African music is by far on top of the world. Thanks guys
@mustangcrazy33495 ай бұрын
B1, There was a reason you listened to American music and the reason is it's the best period. Black FBA people started every music genre;Blues, Country, Jazz, Hip-Hop, Rock, and many reggae artists said they were influenced by black FBA people. This is my second time watching this amazing performance and I didn't understand a word except English, but American music is still king around the world. Hip-Hop is in the Olympics this year not African music.

These songs played on these instruments & vocals are the songs brought to the U.S. The minor tones were retained & transformed into what we now call "the Blues." Every minor scale was retained while the lyrics poets gave the people their commentary of the happens of the day. That music evolved into many genre which are performed by children in the Diaspora today. The U.S. has created more genres of this music than any other offspring. Black Creative Music Called Jazz

Déki Sallam Dusan! If you mean the targui, right you are! This guy expresses his soulsthrough his fingers on the fretboard... if not a genie, he is at least a genius! The universe is a creation. Only the Creator can help you. But if you mistake the creation for the Creator, then that is called idolatry, and the Creator will not come to your aid. The power of love, as you say, does not come from the universe; it comes from the Creator. The universe itself is an extremely cold and dangerous place. The universe cannot save you; in fact, it would destroy you if you were not protected by the Earth's atmosphere.
