I installed the same but the issue the hot water is more powerful than the cold so if you need adjust the shower tap the water pressure is less for the cold than the hot

Hello. Maybe is the sensor flow of water. If is blocked ON it works forever and ever. Maybe you can open de sensor box and look if the sensor is blocked

Here is some facts about it,,I installed it a week ago in my house,the one I have is 220v,120 watts,0.5Amp,30 liter per minute ((8gallons per minute) 9 meters(30ft.) head which gives me 1 bar or 14.6psi of water pressure ,its working good for small houses(I enjoy the shower way more than before,lol) ,but if your house is big then my advice is to pick a bigger one with 300watts 30meter head(100ft) and 70 liters (18gallons )per minute. So far I still have one question that I couldnt find on google, (is the pressure adjustable on this pump?) ,In another word is there any screw that I can turn to adjust the pressuer? Any one can help? Tks.
