Day 4 of my COVID-19 Blog where each day I will be uploading a new video all about what I did the previous day, what I will be doing today, how this change can affect someone with Asperger’s and how I am staying positive.
Positives from today's blog:
Keep as many things from your normal daily routine as possible the same
Do some form of exercise each day to keep on top of your mental health
Keep on top of your emotions. Be patient, content and safe
Don't worry if you feel like you have not achieved that much. The most important thing is to make sure that you are happy
