On number 5. e. wouldn't the 4 be a negative?

On the first step when the boundaries are switched, you can see a negative on the outside of the integral was introduced. That's why you see in the final answer a negative value instead of positive.

@@TheAlgebros On 4 is the final answer supposed to be positive or negative? I believe he is asking this due to the answer on 4.
