Big thing I noticed that was missed is that Itachi and Fugaku would be watching the Chunin Exams as Sasuke is there, so it's very possible Hiruzen doesn't die as a younger Itachi was vastly strongest than Orochimaru. And additionally even if Itachi didn't go after Orochimaru, he'd go after Sasuke, saving Sasuke and Sakura

One problem I see with this when Team seven teammate died in the Forest of death then Sasuke and Sakura should have been disqualified because all three of their teammates have to make it to the tower that was the rules and Kushina has the Nine-tailed sealed into her so she could have live with her son the only reason Nagato died is because he was low on chakra which Kushina was not

I just thought of a crazy what if that has two possibilities. What if Naruto had the shinigami. The first possibility which I think has the better ending is that when Minato is doing the reaper death seal on Kurama maybe Kushina realizes what’s happening and does adamantine chains and seals the shinigami into Narutobefore the consequence so Minato is still alive. The second one is that When Naruto is learning shadow clone jutsu from the scroll, he sees the reaper death seal and because he is dumb he tries it on a little squirrel or something and then the consequence comes and Naruto runs to the scroll while leaving shadow clones on the way as bait for the shinigami and learns adamantine chains from the scroll and uses it on the shinigami. Or he just randomly awakens it while testing reaper death seal.

Great video! I do disagree with a few choices, though. Namely with the Chunin exams and Konoha Crush arcs. Since the nine tails never attacked, and therefore the Uchiha clan was never massacred, Orochimaru wouldn't be interested in the chunin exams, right? Since there are already so many Uchiha out there, Orochimaru would be able to get sharingan another way. Additionally, since Itachi is alive in this timeline, I don't think Orochimaru would be able to fully crush Konoha, as Itachi could use his susanoo. In a different alternate timeline video where Itachi lives ("What If Itachi Saved The Uchiha?"), this ended up being the case, and the Hokage was never killed as a result. Regardless, I don't think Itachi would let Sasuke die so easily to Gaara, and with there being a lot of Uchiha (including Fugaku, and presumably a lot of other skilled Sharingan users), it would be pretty easy to put Shukaku into a genjutsu and neutralize the threat. So I don't think team 7 would be completely wiped out, but that's just my opinion. I did really like the idea of Kushina getting the rinnegan and becoming this timeline's version of Nagato, and having Naruto raised by the Uzumaki instead of by Konoha ended up having some really interesting ripple effects (Naruto never learning Rasengan, and never unlocking toad sage mode were just a few that came to mind).

Even Tobi, who completely washed an entire division of elite ninja, lost soundly to Minato. And that wasn't even Minato fighting at 100%
