Today we’re going to be looking at the life of Garou - the self-proclaimed "Hero Hunter," and a major adversary of the Hero Association and Monster Association. After training under Bang, he was expelled from his dojo for going on a rampage. He became obsessed with monsters, to the point of being known as The Human Monster. His power grew and grew as he fought stronger and stronger opponents, to the point of being nigh-unstoppable.

When Garou was little, he was always bullied and was considered weak, and the popular kids always prey on the weak. That’s what toreo was at the time, and knew that preying on the weak doesn’t make Garou stronger, something he wants, he gets excited when he sees S class heroes, and attacks them to learn something. Toreo is Garous only friend.

The only thing special about him is that his fighting spirit rises everytime he gets damaged and sometimes he might even hit himself to get a power up.
