You're right about the face thing being a glitch, someone on Reddit posted earlier this week showing their character having their "I'm so done with this shit" face in a bunch of happy/exciting moments throughout the game, said it was stuck like that.

Us Thanksgiving falls 5 days before my birthday. I don't celebrate US Thanksgiving since Canadian Thanksgiving is way before. I find going from Thanksgiving to Christmas like they do in the states is too much of a rush. Rather fully enjoy Thanksgiving

A part of me want to get into Pokemon but I feel like I'm being pushed away by them. The arbitrary dual releases are punishing to people who either don't have the money or, like me, aren't very social and don't know many people--let alone people with either of the versions. And it comes off as slightly incomplete because you *can't* get everything, some things are locked to something else.

To be fair, you can get a free week of Nintendo online and trade them over with someone that way.

@@danviferahr1426 that's what I did, there are codes out there to trade specific Pokemon, so if you get 2 copies of version exclusives you can trade the counterpart very easily.
