I really like the eyeshadows you used on your look where you were wearing the ivory top. The grays look so pretty and flattering on you. I’m used to seeing the orangey shadows which are supposed to make blue eyes pop but on most people make the person’s eyes look tired and unwell . I think the cool shades look really pretty on you.

I have done spinning for 16 years, trust me when you learn the class, the settings, the music and so on you get into it and can totally keep up. You know your body and when to push and save, all in good time. Also Where The Crawdads Sing is AMAZING! The best book of the year!

Aaaah I love One Day! I have actually started reading it when I was in London years ago and then lost it. Bought a new one back in Germany and read through it all and then "lost it again" (I had lent it to a friend and forgotten about it). And then my sister bought it in German and I gifted one to my mom at the same time. And then I thought I could read it in another language and bought the Swedish version. We have a A LOT of copies of this book in my family now 😂

Lovely vlog! You will eventually keep up in spin class but beware of inflamed hips 😩 I reached a point where I had to take anti inflammatory pills after nearly every class and realised it was just too intense. Reformer Pilates for the win 👌🏻

I would just like to thank you for sharing your weird pizza toppings with us. I’ve recently discovered that I can’t eat tomatoes (among other things 😭), so pizza has become a challenge. BUT, I tried adding fresh corn (it’s in season in the US), tossed with some garlic, basil, and a bit of Parmesan to my otherwise boring options and it has changed EVERYTHING!
