I allow you to drag me all over North America! I go without complaint, in fact, I learn from virtually every stop you make on your journey to find something antique or vintage everyplace that you find open for business. My 50 plus years in the business gives me a background to usually select the same items for collecting or resale that you purchase. I love listening to your descriptions and the chain of thought that you use to reason out your buys. Keep on keeping on, George! I like stopping at the Centraila goodwill. I've stopped there for years. The last time I did, I picked up at viking pedestal petal bowl, rectangular folded in two, in amber. I also shop for my grand kids. They had some nice clothes there. I got off the freeway because of a huge 20-30 minute back up, so I figured why not shop!

Good evening, George. That old washboard is neat. I have my grandmother's washboard here, and it has glass in it, instead of the tin. Was the Eskimo Pie sign an old one? It caught my attention. That dresser...or was it a sideboard...was fantastic. I really liked it. The deep red candleholder and footed bowl, at 4:56, caught my eye. I've seen decanters done like that, but I've no idea who made them, or where they're from. Loved the Daguerreotype. I really like the ones in the gutta percha cases, with the velvet. Mom used to have some of those, but she sold them when we combined houses. There was a Time-Life book titled _The Age of the God-Kings_ that caught my eye. I wondered if it was about the pharaohs. If so, it would've had to come home with me. I have several books on heraldry, but all of mine are focused on coats of arms. I liked the green Czech decanter set. Too bad it was missing the stopper. Those figural lamps...Uh-Uh 😂 If that _Shadow in the Pines_ book was a teen mystery book, it would've likely come with me. Those were actually really good thrift stores. Thanks for taking us along to shop!

Good evening, @ConstellationPegasus. ☃️ Always enjoy reading your detailed thoughts. 🎄 The two items, at 4:56 , are retired Morrocan Spice Candle Holders, from PartyLite. 🇺🇲 As an aside, I once met a sales rep., for Eskimo Pie; he gifted me many certs., for free boxes of them. 😅 (I placed them in Christmas cards.☺️)

@@MyKingdomForAK9 Thank you! Thanks, also, for the info on the candleholders! I've seen decanters like that, but never any cordials to match. I'd have never guessed they were from PartyLite. Hi there! The old washboard already sold, I just found out today. I like the glass ones very much! The Eskimo Pie was a repro, I'd have highlighted it otherwise. The dresser was really pretty, wish I could've seen up close! I'm a big fan of early photography, it shows so much the styles of what was a very difficult era in American history. I think you're right about that Time-Life book, I really could use more info about ancient Egypt! Those figural lamps were great for target practice in my estimation. For once, the thrifting actually turned up some interesting older pieces!
