Yeah for sure, but there's way too many lost teens out there with shitty enough upbringings for stuff life this to happen. I was blessed with both parents, married, I'm super blessed. But for example, I personally know someone who was pretty much born homeless with a schizophrenic dad, and would watch her mom sell her body for money... So yeah we're not all dealt the same cards and people with shitty upbringings can easily end up in situations like the one he mentioned. That's why people who do that are called "predators" because they pray on the weak, helpless, lost, and easily manipulatable.
