There is very little to no pitch correction on this track. You can clearly hear that he is off pitch at times, and believe me, one who works with pitch correction does not let that slide.

Or Millie and Billie, Every woman has a name, I never cry, and a whole BUTT-LOAD of other soft tunes. Alice is such a good Lyricist-Vocalist-Writer. He once said that when he writes, he sits back watching TV and jots things down during the commercials. Alice was a TV freak back then and watched LOTS of TV. He was hooked on the tube. After only -- TWO HOURS -- of watching TV he has an album written. I heard and SAW this interview with him and this was around 1978 I believe it was. --- TWO --- HOURS --- This is why you see his early days of releasing 1 sometimes 2 albums YEARLY. Let's see just how many of TODAY'S so called "STARS" do that. And be WRITTEN by the "Artist" in question WITHOUT a whole TEAM of Ghost Writers.

Most people forget that Alice Cooper actually has a very good singing voice, we've gotten use to the Alice Cooper that growls at us on stage. This is a very fine cover, and even though it's almost exactly similiar to the Revolver version, I honestly don't think there's much you can do to this song since it's basically just a string arrangement, I'm sure Cooper could have brought in a guitarist to play the part instead, but I think it's a great cover as is.

Capolavoro assoluto dei Beatles quando nella musica del tempo nessuno parlava di morte che era tabu vero e proprio, precorsero i tempi sfondando anche questo muro e trasformando la musica popolare in arte vera e propria; nella canzone le persone sole sono due, Eleanor e Padre McKenzie che si ritrovano assieme alla fine del brano ma solo per celebrare il funerale di Ealeanor; ma la cosa che deve farci riflettere è che Eleanor mori sola perchè non ebbe il coraggio di dire come si sentiva, per vergogna di essere declassata a poveraccia agli occhi degli altri; è proprio quel che capita anche adesso a molte persone, che tengono la loro sofferenza nel proprio cuore e per vergogna di rivelarsi deboli, sofferenti, bisognosi di aiuto preferiscono morire ogni giorno piuttosto che mostrarsi per come sono.
