I’m never this guy but Michaels laugh at 2:35 is inappropriate. I know he’s not laughing at the scandal but it’s really tone deaf. This was what 2006? I know not all was known yet. Still isn’t.

Not tone deaf at all. He's laughing at the English snobbiness, and "stiff upper lip" kind of attitude to their assertion "never in England", with regards to anything from anal sex to sexual abuse. basically it's a cultural slight.
