There is a therapist who recommends Better Health also. Rumors going around that are not true. And you can switch therapist's if you choose. Jelly performed with Em in Detroit for a different song. Was thrilled to meet him. Said he was so nervous he couldn't stop talking. He made the video with him and had his blessing to sample the song. Em adopted Alaina, his niece via Kim's twin sister. Walked her down the aisle. Stevie, previously Whitney, is Kim's daughter by a relationship she had when the two of them were divorced. He adopted her when they remarried. Been in Stevie's life too even though he and Kim divorced a second time a few months later. His half-brother got taken away by the state when Nathan was 8 or 9. Em got guardianship of him later. This song is if he hadn't gotten clean and died. Why he says looking down. But he was able to turn it around, like he says in the song.

He basically saying God helped him and his daughter saved him. I understand him, He lost his purpose and then understand later his purpose that He is a dad and has responsibility to his daughters and his little brother. Jelly Roll did the song "Save me" on his own album. Eminem liked that song and got Jelly Roll do use the chorus from that song on this track. All the home videos belong to Eminem. They are videos of his daughters and his younger brother. The only person he may have had to get permission from is his daughter Stevie. If I'm not mistaken Stevie is the most private of his kids. The spark notes backstory is that Eminem married a woman called Kim, he and Kim had his daughter Hailie. Kim's sister had a daughter named Alaina. Em and Kim both got addicted to drugs and split up. Alaina's mother also struggled with drug addiction. One day she overdosed and died and Eminem stood up and adopted her. Later on Kim had a child with another man. Thats Stevie. Eminem adopted Stevie too. Eminem's younger half brother Nate was in the foster system and Em was too young to adopt him when he first went in but got to take him in eventually. This song is about an alternate timeline stemming from one real life event in 2007. Eminem, in the height of his drug addiction, overdosed in his home and collapsed in his bathroom. His daughter Alaina heard him fall and was able to get the paramedics there fast enough to save his life although he did sit in a coma for several days. After that point Em got sober and has been clean ever since. This song was basically Eminem exploring what he would have missed had he died from the overdose.

Alaina is daughters to Kim father stepped away, same for Stevie and nate. He adopted them so they can have a better life since their parents couldn't give it to them.
