Fun fact that I just found out: all of those Millie’s are different variations of her if she died in season one. The one with the glass is in the first episode where she gets hit with the bottle. The one that looks burned is her if she died in Loo-Loo land. The one with the angel arrows is the one if she died in the Cherubs episode. The purple one is the one where she saved moxie from the giant demon fish in spring broken And lastly the one with one leg is her if she died in the Moon festival episode.

This episode finally explains why Millie is so good to Blitz and cool with his strange behaviors. Like how she defended him despite the way he treats Moxxie. But her life made a whole turn around after meeting him. She got a job, a husband and a best friend. Her current life, she owns it trough Blitz.

Also, a second after this memory we see a flash of Cash beating him and holding Blitzø burnt hand, so the memory is he lost his mother, his father punches him and blames him and then proceeded to not let him visit Fizz at the hospital. Also Barbs hate him. So he was left alone very young, on the streets for sure 😢 We're still missing a lot of info about the 15 year gap in Blitzø's life, but this episode gave us so much! We confirm Mox was second employee counting Loona, that she was adopted a long time before IMP was founded, he met Millie in greed, they work in various rings in hell, and move to pride when he gets the book. I always wondered what they did before working with sinners, and it's just odds jobs around hell in all rings.

Best episode of season 2 no question. I was always curious about the relationship Blitzo and Millie had, they were always cool with each other but not much more. And now we got all the context. What was also interesting was that whenever Blitzo stalked Millie and Moxxie she never complained about it. Moxxie did, she was just giggling mostly. And what's funny is that now when she asked in a funny way "you're not gonna try and be our third anymore?" when Blitzo said no she was actually surprised, like "huh?". And later after they reconcile she still goes on "So you still gonna be stalking us right?"😂. It's like she doesn't mind it at all and even wants that. Concent given😆

Agreed, but they made sure it still worked in the story dialogue, which is really clever writing! And I feel like that recognition, plus the fact that she was basically the main character of this episode despite Blitz still doing Blitz things, makes it likely they're going to try to pull her character out a little more besides *only* when the team needs muscle. They really are only getting better at balancing the humor with the drama, and at giving all the characters moments to shine.

I think Apology Tour was really bad for Blitz mental health, not just because of Stolas. That was hard enough, but seeing so many ppl cheering him on to kill himself at that party and attacking replicas of him would be so horrible to witness by someone who has such deep self hatred already 😢. He hurt some of them badly I’m sure but this type of coping is not healthy for anyone. Plus some of them weren’t even his exes like Dennis who he kissed drunkenly at a party once. Blitz is not coping well and he’s putting his business in danger bc of this which would rightfully piss off his friends, but Millie shouldn’t have dismissed his very real hurt either so that’s why her apology to him was so important. To acknowledge he needs help too and it’s ok to not be ok. I hope after this he can feel a bit better and save the business by selling the bullshit plates he bought or just returning them or something 😅. It’s interesting how Blitz gets these owls and intends to cope like Verosika by burning imitations of Stolas but he can’t do it himself so he asks Loona to do it for him. It’s not great he roped his daughter into it, but I’m also glad he can’t bring himself to hurt Stolas even in a fake way 😢.

I think the reason why Blitz treated his ex's horribly like with Verosika and even Stolas to an extend is because he is afraid of people showing love to him. He is afraid that if people shows love to him, then they will get seriously injured or even died in the process. He feels like that because they love him, it is his fault that they will suffer or perish by him. Blitz thought that it would be better to break off with people who shows him love first before they will meet a fate much worse than a simple heartbreak. Blitz is scared that people who show him love like Verosika and Stolas will end up like his mother if they continue to show him love, so he is saving them by breaking of with them. I would not be surprised if his father Buckzo was the one who feeds this mindset into him after the fire accident.

I think the idea of the slippery oil in the air vent is it's supposed to remind us of in Truth Seekers when he falls into that puddle of sludge that's coating everything in his hallucination. It's a feature of Blitz's self-hatred hallucinations that has a symbolic meaning.

It seems like Loona and Millie just have personalities that don't really mesh well, but I think when we saw them rescuing Moxxie and Blitz they begrudgingly recognized that they were each pretty good at what they did, and Loona has also been softening up with everyone (slowly, but it's happening).

The hall of undead Millies are all versions of her if she had died in each episode of season 1. Glass from the bottle of the cannibal family, drowned and devoured by the mutant fish monster, shot by cherub arrows, etc. quite horrifying but, a nice attention to detail. The thing Blitz picked up at the fire wasn't his Mom's eye, it's a bit off due to the colour pallet they used but, it is the round red skull he wears around his neck; It's the only thing he has left of his mom. Same one Millie picked up when she found him wrecked on the floor.

Like, Millie with her eye gouged was a "near miss" in Murder Family; then there was her being nearly burned in Loo Loo Land; then there was her being dissolved in whale stomach acid in Spring Broken; Cherub, Truth Seekers, etc. She obviously survived all of this but poor Blitz is hallucinating things where she didn't survive due to his massive guilt, poor thing...

Actually, after this episode I have a completely different perspective on why Blitz is obsessed with M&M's relationship. Previously, like you, I thought that Blitz sees in them what he himself desires, but after this episode I came to the conclusion that it's not about that, or at least not mainly. In my opinion, Blitz felt betrayed. Probably some of you have been in a situation where you had a group of friends, but in the group a couple formed and it became awkward. Blitz feels excluded from the group that he created. That's why he tries to participate in everything they do at all costs because he is afraid of being abandoned. IMP is a substitute for family for him, and M&M getting married disturbed the balance in the group.
