So to sum this video up a theatrical milliner is a hat maker, there are not a lot of people in the business... the reason why milliners have got make the hats instead of someone just buying one is because sometimes they need to take the actors to a fitting, they need to know what fabric to use because it needs to match the costume, it also needs to match the time of when the play takes place. The sound maker does not like the brim on the hat because it affects the sound coming from the actor.
