Guys if you take the time to consider why you like a girl (aside from the way she looks) and take note of her genuinely good traits and remind her of those thing when you tell her your attracted to her. This is a great video but there is some confusion - there is a difference between chatting up women for one nighters, and finding a girl for a relationship. One nighters you are in “game” mode. That is when you need to follow a lot of this guy’s advice, plus you need money and most likely be into drugs a little bit. Think about it, what kind of girl just gives it up? Many don’t, no matter what you say. And as you get older girls are harder to find because they are much more likely to be in a relationship or seek a new long term mate not a one nighter as their clock is now ticking massively in their head! Not sure if you covered this exactly, but when you approach a woman, you should do it with the mindset that you just want to talk to her and have fun. If something more comes of it, so much the better. That keeps you relaxed and allows you to be yourself. Takes the pressure off.

I'm a RN and 99% of coworkers female. So, inorder to have friends, have to deal with mostly married women. How do I do this. They seem to freak out when try to get close, like hitting on them, which only way I've ever known to talk to women, probably kind, yes, hitting on them. One girl best friends sort of with one girl years and no problem being friend. All others can't get to be friends. Do you know how to deal with this? Real road block in career for 24 years. Any referral's anywhere?
