Nice entry! I was a little worried people might have trouble with the 3rd question but everyone seems to be doing very well Bob Mould is a great choice! thank you for entering!

Thanks Doug! I enjoyed doing it. I thought I would have more qualifying artists for question 3. Thanks for the contest and great vinyl thread.

Great seeing the Good Will Hunting soundtrack. Elliott Smith was a amazing artist. Love us some Bob Mould as well 😊 I bought the complete solo career cd box before I bought any Husker Du. Peter is good people 😊

Thank you Morten! I feel foolish I was not aware Elliott Smith passed. I just looked up his story and so sad he is not with us. I feel better that I am not the only one who prioritized Mould solo over Husker Du!

I am catching up again with videos, since I was away for a few days and away again next week. I was considering Bob Mould for the last question. I have a backup plan! Copper Blue is a fav of mine. Cool Box. I have his live box. (BTW, my fav Bob Mould track might be Gift).

Thank you Brian! I just got reacquainted myself with Gift on KZbin. I agree that is a great song. Also on that album is Panama City Motel and Believe What you’re saying which I love and sort of forgot about. I need to catch up on videos myself 🤷♂️

Cool entry. I watch several channels that show records I have no interest in just because they are entertaining. I'll check out Music Is A Journey. Wow, that's an impressive Bob Mould collection. Great entry - good luck in the contest!

Nice entry Shawn! I got hip to Peter's channel when he responded to my female artists thread a while back. It's good stuff. You don't see soundtracks that much: gives me an idea! Bob Mould-perfect! 😎🎶

Bob Mould was a perfect choice! I have never seen Yesterday, but maybe I should look it up. Peter's channel is a great channel, too. All around great responses!

You’re making me laugh. Thank you so much for mentioning me, and yes I picked up the first five Collective Soul CDs and I think their great! I’m glad to see you picked them for me!

No problem Peter! Yes first 5 not first 4.

Hi Shawn! Good choice to show a couple of soundtracks. I haven't seen either of those in any other vinyl community videos. I saw Sugar at a club called The Commodore Ballroom in Vancouver BC way back when it was first released. It was probably one of the loudest concerts I've ever experienced.
@vinylshawn47575 ай бұрын
Appreciate it Mike! I think I saw somewhere that Bob’s solo concerts are also very loud.

That’s an impressive box set. I’m afraid I don’t know of Bob Mould but you have introduced him to me now. I’m aware of Husker Du but have never listened to them. I’m curious now.

I have a friend that keeps telling me that I need to check out Collective Soul and their catalog. I do have several Jen Loy Nichols albums and I do love The Waterboys. It sounds like a great soundtrack. I have some Sugar and solo Bob Mould but for some strange reason I don’t have any Husker Du either. Good luck in the contest.

Thank you Randy! I agree with your friend but I only have one record from Collective Soul so that’s good advice for me as well!
