Can These Dogs Find Their Dad Hiding in the Bush? | The Farm for Dogs

This was a game we used to play back in the daycare days. Luke got out his old camo gear from his military days and would hide in the bush. Then a big pack of 40-50 dogs would search the bush land for him.
Well we haven't played it with our rescue dog pack. They don't know this game. We weren't sure how it would go. Would they find him? If so, who would be the first one to sniff him out?
Luke lays a line of sausages as a decoy.
It was a little bit of fun on this overcast day. A break from the building and something a little different to the bush runs they're used to.
In the evening, it's time for everyone to settle in. We all find our spots on the couches. Even Louie the Ginger Cat is loving this time of the day now. Hanging out with his canine family.
Eventually all the dogs fall asleep. Possibly dreaming of finding Dad.

Yes, I was just thinking and remembering how bandit loooved this game of hide and seek to find Luke and he was the champion at finding him! I’m sure there must be videos in the DDFT’s archives of those precious games. Must go searching. I’m absolutely delighted Sam and Luke that you’ve resurrected this great activity…such fun.! And there was Moose, who reminds me so much of Bandit, the one who found Luke! 🎊🎉🙌♥️🙌🙌. Yep, Choppy was right next to Moose, but a bit apprehensive of the camo leaves. He probably realized "this doesn't belong here", and being cautious as Chop is by nature 😂. So he kinda tied for 1st in my slanted view 😂❤. Love my Choppykins.

@@manypawsmanytalesThe Golden Boys is what I call Tank and Chopper. Right away Tank was Wolfie’s shadow and Choppy was Luke’s shadow. From throw always to family treasures. Tank followed Wolf’s every move, moving ahead of him while he was learning to walk so he didn’t go too far away. Chop, sitting so close to Luke, breathing his exhaled air, getting as close to him as possible with space and time. I truly believe Chop would climb in Luke’s shirt or pocket to make sure he’s with him for his every move. The Golden Boys. They found a place to belong and to be loved after staying together alone in the bush. They have each other and a whole lots more now. ♥️♥️
