I’m testing this juicer. I have been a juicer since the days of Jack LaLanne’s juicer because my Mexican mother used to own one and we were raised with fresh homemade juice. Because I juice for myself now, this works for me. It’s small, quiet, easy to clean and I am satisfied with the produce to juice ratio. I find that the nutritional value is totally worth the investment. However, if you are juicing for a larger family, you may want to consider a different option. I’m happy with it so far. Thanks for the review. 😊

I knew nothing about them until a few months ago. But juicing fruits and vegetables goes right into body. Absorbing all there vitamins and other stuff quickly. Juicing is good for people not getting enough fruits and veggies in there diet. And if you want the fiber that is where smoothies come in. Doing both seems to help.

I suppose that makes sense. Isn't there more than just fibre in the leftovers though? - J

I want a juicer really bad, but i remember in school, you need to chew your food so that enzyme called amylase breaks down starches (complex carbohydrates) into sugars, so its easier for the stomach to absorb. If im straight chugging it and not breaking it down, im getting less nutrients.

The ninja juicer is a cold press juicer. The juicer is slower. Therefore, you yield more juice nutrients from it, The other ones have a blade, which are called extractors. which most of them are extractor juicers. The juicer extractor generates heat from spinnig. Because they generate heat causes. You're not to get as much nutrition from them as you, Because the heat damages the enzymes from the fruits and vegetables. You don't get as many nutrients you would a cold press juicer.
@inspectorgadget3469 ай бұрын
Let me correct some things you said, with all due respect. You must some of the pulp back to the pulp. Vitamins in juice go out of you as easy as they go into you, when not attached to a carbohydrate. With that said some juicing is good for you, but with the fiber

Also, the metal filter on the Breville one is beginning to grind against the plastic housing, causing micro plastics to be in the juice. Really aggravating. This one looks perfect for celery juice snd ginger shots. Fruits, not so much.

juicing benefit is the concentration of nutrients from certain fresh/whole produce options that your body can benefit from when/if you're sick or need to catch up on certain supplements. i suppose there is some risk in taking too much of a "good thing" when you're cramming in concentration of certain produce. BUT if you're aware/measuring what you're consuming, juicing has a nice place in the regimen. I'm a fan of blending bc you get the pulp and juice. blending I have used as a replacement meal... my only problem with blending is that you can't just shove a bunch of stuff together, but the wrong combo can yield a mulchy wet mess that's hard to down the pulp alone. I'm looking forward to using the pulp from this juicing for a type of gazpacho or in my soups. will be great to get my bulk in as well as improve hydration just through eating :)

juicing vs consuming, when juicing fruits it avoids the chewing process, which adds saliba to the fruits, thus, bypassing the process of adding an enzyme that prevents fruits to become glucose, so if you have diabetes issues I recommend to consume fruits instead of juicing.

I'll recommend going for a vertical auger juicer instead of a horizontal one. They consistently offer good yields, have wider feed chutes, and some are even self feeding to save up on time

The historically recommended "good" juicers are like 400-600 bucks so yes this is a steal if you're intersted.

I have also bought this juicer, but apparently my wife is not happy with it, after seeing this video I could say this juicer is getting the job done. My wife still wants to return it.

It was just ok for us. Much prefer the Breville juicer, but it’s way more expensive. Marc

@@TheAverageKitchen I watched a video comparing centrifugal vs masticade juicers, and I realize the masticating juicers were better because they keep the vitamins and flavors intact thanks to the no heating process. Apparently centrifugal juicers need a lot of power to process food at the speed they do, so this engine would heat up and elimante the oxygen of food, thus losing nutrients in the process.
