Here B33f is playing without a HUD and can still tell friend from foe 99% of the time. I had an "ally" dual heavy gauss fafnir the other day who requested that nobody follow him. When he was inevitably getting harassed by lights and mediums later, I went to assist, but only got there after he had killed them or chased them off. He proceeded to shoot my torso off and yell at me (non-ironically) for coming to help because he can't tell who is a friendly "when he gets in a murder frenzy". A truly staggering intellect on that one.

They just did a massive overhaul of weapons in game. Took virtually all the community input. Been a lot of fun playing lately

thx guys... but i played this game way too much, played it since beta. I remember when there were repair costs in the game and only one mech chassis per wheight class... I would love to see some new maps and game modes, not only weapon changes and a slightly remodeled dragon/thunderbolt :D
