Is it an issue that you cannot take out the infant insert on the pipa lite rx?

The only piece that should come out is the bottom insert. The headrest will not come off.

Hi! So on one of the websites to purchase the Nuna Pipa (Original) it says that it's ideal for city living and taxis as it can be installed with a vehicle seat belt no base needed. Is this accurate based on your knowledge? One website says it's required. One says it doesn't. Since it's discontinued, I can't find the answer on the website.

Yes! The nuna can be installed with seat belt when the base is not present

The Pipa Next is the European version of the Nuna Pipa. As far as we know it is a newer version! ❤️

No, it would still be the 22 lbs. Usually the child meets the height limit before the weight capacity. ❤️
