Yes. The standard Georgian tourist visa for Indians is multiple entry.

One day or 21 days, it's the same process as we did in this video 😃 also, it's not worth visiting Armenia for just one day. The distances are not small!

Armenia and Azerbaijan are not exactly on speaking terms politically. That is perhaps why the Armenians asked you at the border.
