The guy you were referring to is the multi-awarded and legendary producer/songwriter Rhett Lawrence who was instrumental in the rise to fame of Mariah Carey, Whitney Houston, Kelly Clarkson, Blackeyed Peas and many Grammy winners and Hall Of Famers. Rhett discovered Morissette's videos on youtube. He was so impressed that he took a 20hr flight to the Philippines just to watch her live in concet and discuss a collaboration album. They are now working on one under giant music label Capitol Records with another music legend, Quincy Jones, as project advisor. Rhett described Morissette's talent as "unparalleled" and said she is "definitely future legend" who can be "as big as the biggest..even bigger."

I've been addicted to her for 2 years and have been to 3 of her concerts here in the Bay Area (California). She is not only talented and beautiful, but she is so humble and down to earth. Yes. The Philippines has metal bands. Awesome ones and they have a huge following even on reaction channels. Morissette among my favorite female vocalists, along with Mariah, Celine, So Hyang, Diana Ankudinova, Lara Fabian. Now I will let you know who I believe belongs in this world class group and who has one of the most unique recognizable voices in the world and I know before you react to her ( she goes by her first name EIVOR) you probably think I’m crazy and that I lost my mind ( and I do lose my mind every time Eivor performs. My mind vanishes and the floodgates my heart open up. When you have a few moments , I’d like for you( or your audience who is reading this) to respond to a virtually unheralded unknown female vocalist who I chanced upon about a month ago. I am so lucky to have discovered her! And I consider her among the elite world class female vocalists. If you like angelic , mystical, female vocalists with a recognizable voice and a high vocal range, then read on. She goes by the name “ Eivor” She’s from the small Faroe island ( Near Norway) and when she announces a concert virtually the whole island shows up. She has an angelic voice so unique , so mystical , so magical, so entrancing so hauntingly beautiful that if you ( or your subscribers) react ( no one will recommend her so I hope you will react privately ) to the following 6 performances after which you will become an avid fan and mutter to yourself “ why on God’s earth is she not an international famous superstar??). You’ll want to subscribe to her website where she will enthrall and mesmerize and entrance you with about 40 more songs ( a mixture of live aund MV’s and she is one of the few world class vocalists who is as good or better performing live. Please KZbin the following 6 live performances ( first 4 from her small island , the 5th “True Love” live from LA and the last in Denmark in front of thousands with full orchestra performing for the Queen Of Denmark!). If she performed it in America and there were 50,000 in attendance , all 50,000 would be screaming and yelling for a long time during and after the performance. The strobe lightening, camera work, her otherworldly vocal is beyond belief. Near the end she hits a sustained high note for over 10 seconds that few vocalists can reach and sustain.
