Indigenous Artists Create an Urban Moose Hide Tanning Camp

This past summer our Indigenous Arts department hosted Banff Centre's first ever Urban Moose Hide Tanning residency, becoming "part of the international Indigenous resurgence of traditional hide tanning." The group learned two different forms from Elder hide tanning masters in a camp they built right on campus.
