If you look in the water - like under the Temple of Time - you can see the stones that make up the waterfalls. And the sound you hear when you start the quest is those stones rising from the water.

That quest was so fun! I was going to Dragonhead Isle when I saw it! I mistook it for the light pouring from the light dragon's head and went to it! I wish I could do that side quest again. (Zora armour was 100% made for this side quest)

Damn it! I tried over and over to do this ceremony with wings. I got two lit, and maybe the third, but couldn't get back. It took so long to figure out to wear the Zora armor and use the waterfalls. I hoped to find someone who had this same trouble. But noooooo...you right away put on the Zora armor. Grrrr

Wow, this is such a natural idea. Paraglider and water…. Don’t even ask me… I used the Zonai gliders and jumped from one to one and then I don’t even remember it was a headache and a half. Okay so you do know you can use the hand to go all the way to the top of the Temple of time. You might be on the outskirts of the outer rim, but you can get up there if you climb and then you after you do that you just walk across the little bridge

You would go to korok forest as soon as you get the paraglider and buy out all the shops. Do the koroks quests to earn their trust in under 5 hours. Only fuse items obtained in the depths and surface of korok forest. Also, you can fuse items in the sky above great Hyrule forest too. Please do this, it would make me really happy!
